Being your doula gives you the benefit of getting one on one support during your pregnancy to answer any questions you may have. I will be on call for you starting at 37 weeks to attend your birth. You will get physical support through labor and birth to help you achieve your perfect birth. My role is to never replace a significant other as your main support.

A birth planning session includes a home visit where we go over all things birth and make your birth plan. We will talk about all the things to try in labor to relieve pain, ways to stay relaxed, medical intervention, scenarios, and more. This will help you to prepare a plan going into the big day!
